H.B. Russ Stube, CPA, is the managing shareholder of BSG (since 1990) and a seasoned professional with extensive accounting and management as well as construction and real estate experience. Russ works with closely-held businesses and their owners including high net-worth individuals and entrepreneurs. He supports his clients with successful business/tax strategies that make good economic and tax sense. Russ assists businesses from start-up, with entity selection and related new business issues, accounting, tax concerns and management advisory services, to the potential sale/merger. Russ has tax expertise at local, state, multi-state, federal and limited international levels; preparing corporate, partnership, non-profit, individual and fiduciary (estate, trust, gift) tax returns.
Russ' professional background prior to BSG includes expertise in construction, real estate, property management, SEC reporting/compliance and international/expatriate tax planning at Turner Construction Company and its subsidiaries. Russ was also Chief Financial Officer of Scottish Heritable Company. This diverse experience gives Russ strong insight to the concerns of business entities. He received a BBA degree in Accounting from Hofstra University. Originally certified in New York State, Russ is now licensed in Virginia.
Russ lives in Oakton with his wife, Catherine. He has two grown children. Russ and his family have been active in community service and their church. Russ served as treasurer of Thomas Jefferson High School for Science & Technology Partnership Fund, Inc. He was an outstanding athlete in college, still stays fit and enjoys playing racquetball and golf.

Michael Schreiber, CPA, has over 25 years of public accounting experience working with individuals, closely held small to mid-size businesses, non-profit entities, as well as estate and trusts in the areas of taxation and accounting. Mike has extensive proficiency with income tax and financial planning for corporate executives, small business owners, entrepreneurs and high worth individuals. He has also consulted his clients on the advantages and disadvantages of various business entity choices and worked with numerous start-up entities. Mike has advised clients on the tax impact of mergers, business sales and acquisitions. In addition, Mike has worked in the California Silicon Valley with high-tech firms and other California based companies.
Certified in both Virginia and New York, Mike received a BS degree in Accounting from SUNY, Albany. He is a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor. Mike is married and has three children. He is active in the local Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts programs, as well as a member and volunteer with USA Swimming.
Ken Glaser, CPA, specializes in individual, business, trust and estate tax preparation and planning. Ken holds a BBA degree in Accounting from Niagara University with honors and a MBA in Marketing from Wharton Graduate Division at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a Virginia Certified Public Accountant and has been with BSG since 1987.
Ken is a retired Army Lt. Colonel and brings over forty years of broad-based experience including over twenty years of accounting and tax service to our clients. He is a member of the Optimist Club of Vienna where he was treasurer for 19 years. Ken lives in Oakton with his wife, Jeanne.

Shelly Kachura has over ten years experience at BSG. She is the Senior Accountant responsible for all accounting and tax support services. Shelly is an Enrolled Agent and Certified QuickBooks Professional. She has extensive experience working with small to large companies in all aspects of our accounting and management practice – from QuickBooks training/support and review/modification of records, to preparation of tax returns. She also manages quarterly and annual payroll reporting as well as business license reporting.
Shelly has a BA degree in Economics from Sweet Briar College and an AAS degree in marketing from SUNY at Alfred. She is married and an active member of her church. Shelly also volunteers at Sanctity of Life Ministries.
Rae Salah is the office manager at BSG. She keeps the office running efficiently and takes a concerned interest in our clients. Rae is an integral part of our success in providing a friendly, helpful approach in meeting and working with our clients. She has been with BSG since 1987.
Rae is fluent in four languages: English, Tatar, Russian and Turkish. She is married and enjoys spending time with her grandchildren as well as cooking, playing tennis and gardening.
